The Starting Point of a Church A word used to refer to the places of worship for those that belong to the Christian denomination. Church may not necessarily mean a facility that houses Christians but may be used to mean those loyal to Christian faith. its important to note that in Christianity, many prefer to attach themselves to the traditional or ancient Christian church ideologies such as the orthodox church and the roman catholic church just to name but a few. The ancient times in Judaism were characterized with people aligning their lives with the teachings of faith with the ten commandments as a kind of checklist on how to go about their activities. Churches slowly progressed throughout the mighty empire of Rome and as far as other continents from Europe all thanks to daring missionaries who would stop at nothing even persecution to ensure that the church grew and spread to places that it was not known before. The spread of the church however was not an easy affair especially due to the countless persecution that was facing many who had taken a firm approach in spreading the gospel, being a new concept that people had not known of or did not accept instantly could be attributed as to be the reason why the challenge.
